Ed has over 20 years combined experience in Advertising, Direct Marketing, Internet Marketing, Finance, Programming, Database marketing and Real Estate sales. After graduating from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Ed worked for several Fortune 500 companies. In 2003 he received “Highest Honors” in his class for his MBA degree, which included the prestigious President’s Award for Excellence from Goldey-Beacom College (Delaware). In addition, Ed has his Webmaster Certification from the University of Delaware and coupled with his technological knowledge knows how to market in this ever changing Real Estate market.
Through the renovations and additions of two 100-year old homes, Ed improved his knowledge and skills in all facets of home construction and contractor negotiations. His penchant for architecture, home construction and Real Estate follows a family history of Real Estate Agents, Developers, Residential/Commercial Contractors and Landscape Architects (ASLA).
Being a fast learner and with four years in Real Estate, Ed has sought and gained tremendous knowledge of the Gulf Coast Real Estate markets and business. Since Ed began his Real Estate career, he has successfully closed 50+ transactions and sold over 20+ million dollars in Real Estate while developing trust, confidence and friendships with his clients along the way. His experience and background asserts a candid approach, negotiation strategies, tenacity, action, results and commitment to excellence for all clients.
